As the primary decision-maker of your Vodacom Business account, our Self-service Enablement service gives you the ability to allow your employees to purchase bundles and services on their lines. These purchases can be made via *111#, My Vodacom online and Keyword SMS channels. This permission will significantly reduce the administrative burden of provisioning your staff lines with the Vodacom products and services they need to conduct day-to-day business tasks.

How does it work?
Access to self-service channels will only be granted when the application form has been completed and approved by the primary decision-maker. Cancellation of access can also be processed through an application form. To grant self-service access, download the forms below.
