What do I need to know?
• A new self-service function will be implemented and it will affect some customers’ self-service journeys, including bundle purchases and value-added service (VAS) activations.
• The self-service channels which will be affected include: USSD, My Vodacom online, My Vodacom App and Keyword SMS.
• If you’re the primary decision-maker (or have activation privileges), you will be able to transact and manage services via our self-service channels.
• If you’re not the primary decision-maker (or without activation privileges), you will not be able to transact or activate value-added services on your lines.
What do I need to do?
In order to obtain purchase privileges on self-service channels, please only contact your account administrator for more information.
