Relates to customers that have procured Microsoft Office 365 licences from a Third Party resulting in Vodacom not managing their Microsoft Office 365 Tenant. These customers have the ability to configure their tenant with the Microsoft Teams Sip Trunk credential including creating users.
Relates to customers that have procured Microsoft Office 365 licences from a Third Party resulting in Vodacom not managing their Microsoft Office 365 Tenant. These customers do not have the ability to configure their tenant with the Microsoft Teams Sip Trunk credential including creating users, therefore they require Vodacom to fully manage the setup.
