Expect the delivery of the bundle elements in 3-5 business days.
Once you are in possession of a Kwika device ,and you have been successfully onboarded (after submission of your FICA documents) you can contact our support desk on 0800 000 654. Its a free call, the Call Centre will assist you to activate your Kwika device so you can start transacting.
The customer is sent a link via email with user name and password together with an instruction to download and use the Fiskl App.
