Terms and Conditions
- The following Terms and Conditions relate to the Vodacom Add to Bill Roaming Bundles. These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the standard Terms and Conditions contained in the Vodacom Contract airtime agreement, and the Terms and Conditions Booklet or the Customer Agreement.
- These Terms and Conditions do not replace any other Terms and Conditions, agreements or contracts that exist between the customer and Vodacom.
- Your subscription to the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Vodacom reserves the right to modify the Service(s) where reasonably required and may from time to time expand on these Terms and Conditions. You will be bound by all current Terms and Conditions.
- The Roaming Add to Bill bundles are only available to National Treasury customers on top up price plans.
- Only department administrators have the authority to request for Roaming Bundles to be added to bill for top up lines.
- The bundles will be available for activation on the Converged Portal and Business Support.
- If the user chooses to activate the existing roaming bundle (without add to bill payment method) via the self-service channels, it will be for their own account and will not be added to bill.
- Only Roaming Add to Bill auto-allocating bundles can be added to bill, any other roaming usage will consume from airtime.
- The bundles can be added on selected lines in the account.
- There is a mandatory global roaming limit of R10 000 which will be set on all lines which are provisioned with a Roaming Add to Bill bundle.
- Only Add to Bill Roaming Bundles will consume against the global roaming limit.
- All other roaming usage will deplete from airtime.
- Add to Bill Roaming Bundles will stop allocating when the global roaming limit is reached.
- Users will need to load airtime to continue roaming usage, as the global roaming limit is only applicable to add to bill bundles.
- The limit resets monthly.
- If the limit is reached users will need to wait until the new month to reset or contact their company administrator to deactivate the add to bill roaming bundles. The Add to Bill Roaming bundles will need to be deactivated in order to activate the standard bundles which will deplete from airtime should the user need to continue to use the line for personal reasons.
