Ines enlightens us on the power of email marketing and strongly recommends using automated emails. For example, wishing your customers a ‘happy birthday’ is simple and easy and goes a long way in terms of customer loyalty.

It’s important to start somewhere. Make sure your business is always top of mind by contacting your consumers consistently, from a variety of touchpoints and with one strong brand message. Make sure you are always giving them something of value when you contact them, whether it be educational material, early access to new products, a rewards voucher, go wild! You must also make sure that the customer always has the option to unsubscribe or opt out.
