Once you have your EP number, you can top up your balance through various convenient methods:
Using the VodaPay App
Download the VodaPay app: Scan the provided QR code with your phone's camera or download it here. 
Or download it for your device: VodaPay SuperApp;
- Link your debit or credit card to complete the top-up.
- Under the “Recharge & Pay Bill” section on the home page, click on "EasyPay" and make a payment to top up your balance from the comfort of your home.
Please Note: *Funds can take up to 2 hours to reflect on your balance.
At Retail Stores
You can also top up at any of the following retail stores. All you need to do is to provide your EP number starting with “92187” and indicate with the cashier you’re paying for an EasyPay Bill:
- Boxer
- Pick ‘n Pay
- Spar
- Ackermans
- Game
- Makro
- Woolworths
For Capitec Banking customers
- Log into your banking app.
- Click on Transact.
- Click on “Pay Bills”.
- Select or search for “Vodacom Payment Services”.
- Enter your EP number and click on confirm.
- Review the details and click “Pay now” to top up your balance
Using the EasyPay website
- Go to www.easypay.co.za.
- Click on the register button and complete the process.
- Once successfully registered, click on “Pay a Bill” and then “EasyPay Bill”.
- Enter your 92187 EP number and provide a reference, which can be any text.
- Click the “Add” button so you can easily make a payment in the future.
- Enter the amount to top up and click on “Proceed”.
- Select the method of payment (we recommend debit/credit card).
- Enter your card details and click “Proceed”.
- You will receive confirmation of the balance top-up.
