Is an internet connection needed to complete a transaction?
Yes, the phone must connect to the internet to perform a successful transaction.
Is Tap on Phone compatible with iPhone?
Unfortunately not, currently iOS is not supported. Apple iPhone does not allow third-party developers to access the NFC components on iOS devices for payments.
Is Tap on Phone compatible with Huawei?
If the Huawei device is running Android, it is fully compatible. We are working on supporting Huawei devices that operate on HarmonyOS.
Can I use Tap on Phone for all my different businesses?
Yes, but for now you will need to have an app for each business. In the future, you will be able to use one app for all your businesses.
