Terms and Conditions

Vodacom Payment Services (Pty) Ltd (“VPS”) is running the  campaign ("the Promotion") where a successful customer who successfully takes a Business Term Advance of R250,000 or more during the Term (“Eligible Participant”) and is not in arrears on 1 April, stands a chance to win a maximum of R100,000 (One hundred thousand) in cash back rewards,  which will be paid into their bank account (“Reward”).

All participants during the term of the Promotion agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

General

1. The Promotion will start on  6/02/2026, and it will run until  31/03/2026 (the “Term”).
2. The duration of the Promotion may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of VPS.
3. VPS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and where such change is material, VPS shall provide its customers with reasonable prior written notice before implementing any such change.

Eligibility

4. One Eligible Participant who successfully applied, qualified and is granted a Business Term Advance of R250,000 or more during the Term and is not in arrears on 1 April 2026 (“Successful Participant”) will receive an amount of R100,000 which will be paid into their bank account (“Reward”).
5. The Promotion is not open to existing or previous Vodalend Business Term Advance loan recipients that received the loan prior to the Term.
6. VPS shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the Successful Participants for participating in the Promotion or in claiming any Reward, where applicable.
7. Employees, directors and agents of VPS and all participating stores, their immediate families, life partners, business partners and associates, and any person directly involved with the sponsoring, devising, production, management, or marketing of this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

Reward

8. The winner will be randomly selected after the Promotion ends, from entries that meet all the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions and will be announced 15 days after the Promotion ends.
9. Participants will need to present the requisite proof as required by VPS upon winning to validate the participants’ entry to the Promotion.
10. The winner will be contacted during normal working hours, between 08:00 and 17:00 on business days.
11. The Reward will only be paid into the Successful Participant’s bank account, as nominated in the Loan Agreement between the Successful Participant and Lula Lend (Pty) Ltd, within 30 calendar days from the Promotion end date.
12. VPS or its duly authorized agents will use reasonable efforts to contact the winners via phone call on the contact details provided by the participant when registering to participate in the Promotion.
13. The claim for the Reward will be subject to security and validation, and VPS reserves the right to withhold the Reward until it is satisfied that the claim by a particular winner is valid.
14. Notwithstanding the fact that the Reward vest in the winners immediately upon the determination of the results, in the event that the required documentation from a particular winner has not been received at the agreed cut-off date communicated to the winner, or no effort is made on the part of any of the winners to make special arrangements to meet the deadline set by VPS, such Prize will be forfeited. VPS then reserves the right to award the Prize to the participant that is drawn next.

Personal Information

15. VPS respects the right to privacy and takes the protection of your personal information seriously. VPS will only use your personal information for the purposes of the Promotion as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
16. VPS shall request the Successful Participants consent in writing to their image and/or likeness being used and published by VPS in connection with the Promotion for a period of 12 (twelve) months after they have been announced as successful. The Successful Participants may decline the use of their image and/or likeness by VPS.

General

17. In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions, VPS’s decision will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. VPS may refuse to award a Reward if any of entry procedures or these Terms and Conditions have not been adhered to if it detects any irregularities or fraudulent practices. VPS is entitled, at its entire discretion, to reject any participant for any reason and will not be obliged to notify participants that they are rejected.
19. VPS is not liable for any technical failures affecting participation and / or the Reward.
20. VPS, its directors, employees, agents, and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any Reward nor in respect of any warranties, guarantees or undertakings given by any person other than VPS.
21. If VPS is required by law to alter or cancel any aspect of the Promotion or to terminate it as a result of changes in legislation, or for any reason whatsoever, it will have the right to terminate the Promotion being offered, with immediate effect and without notice. In such event all entrants hereby waive any rights which they may have against VPS and its associated companies, agents, contractors and/or sponsor.
22. Neither VPS nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors, and sponsors and any of its personnel involved in the Promotion shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered (including but not limited to direct or indirect or consequential loss), death or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming the Reward or after claiming the Reward.
23. In addition, neither VPS nor its agents shall be responsible for any loss or misdirected entries, including entries that were not received due to any failure of hardware, software, or other computer or technical systems affecting participating and/or the Reward process of the Promotion.
