Vodacom Business Internet Mall lets SMEs and larger enterprises that reside in a mall to benefit from scalable, high-speed internet access. Whether you’re a small start-up or a larger SMME with higher bandwidth requirements, our solutions are ideal, giving you a more secure and reliable connection to manage business operations.  

We offer a suite of uncapped symmetrical service plans.

Our Business Internet Mall services are fully installed by our provisioning engineers and each service includes a versatile wireless, LAN-enabled broadband router with ethernet, USB and telephony ports.

Get Something Extra

Optional fixed-line IP Talk voice accounts with 087 numbers provide cost savings of up to
30% on your monthly account, PLUS FREE on-net calling from one Vodacom IP-Talk to another Vodacom IP-Talk connected site. Voice calls concurrency is dependent on the service you subscribe to and also takes other factors like contention and symmetry, etc. into account.

A once-off activation fee of R8.20 (Excl. VAT) per IP-Talk is payable.

Terms and Conditions

Bandwith is symmetrical, meaning the upload and download speeds are equal.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applied. More information on our AUP is available in the service schedules.

Uncapped Business Internet offerings are subject to throttling when AUP indicators are breached.

A once-off setup fee is applicable to all contracts.

    Do I qualify to buy Business Internet Mall?

    Business Internet mall is dependent on whether you are in a mall that is covered by one of our service providers. Please check out our Business Internet Mall webpage to view the list of malls that are currently covered.

    How do I submit a request for Business Internet Mall in a new mall?

    Access to Business Internet Mall depends on the service provider that has been contracted with Vodacom. To submit a request you can:

    When will other Business Internet Mall providers become available?

    No specific date has been set as yet, however this is an ongoing project with a target of 400 malls nationwide.

    How long does the installation take?

    Installations can take up to 21 working days, from the day a successful order was submitted.

    Can I upgrade or downgrade my service plan?

    Upgrades to a higher service plan will be allowed once, in a 12-month cycle, with no additional charges. This means you can upgrade once after every 12 months.

    What is Business Internet Mall, and how does it work?

    Business Internet Mall is a product that is developed to leverage existing infrastructure in malls and multi-tenanted office parks for the purpose of enabling the deployment of Broadband Connect services.

    How is Business Internet Mall different from Broadband Fibre?

    Business Internet Mall pricing is specific to the mall that the customer frequents.

    What are the contract terms?

    Business Internet Mall is offered on a 12, 24 and 36 month contract.

    What is the Fair Usage Policy (FUP)?

    The fair usage policy prevents the abuse of the uncapped broadband functionality. When your data allocation limit has been reached, the speed will be reduced to 25% of the subscribed speed.

    Can I buy dedicated fibre in these malls?

    This depends on the mall provider. If dedicated infrastructure is available in a mall, products such as IP Connect and Business Connect will be sold.

    Can I buy additional top-up bundles?

    Yes, all fibre bundles will be available to you, should you need to top up.
