How long is the Vodacom Business Ticket bundle valid for?

The Once–off Ticket is valid for 30 days, whereas the recurring ticket is valid for the duration of the calendar month.

How do I buy Vodacom Ticket Service?

To buy a Vodacom Ticket you can:

Does the offer apply if I travel abroad?

No, Vodacom Business Ticket will not be available while roaming.

What type of content is covered, and what are the limitations:

• All activities that you can do within the apps will be covered by the Vodacom Business Ticket service.
• Vodacom Ticket will not be used for any other data usage outside of the assigned category applications.
• Access to other websites will incur data charges applicable at your normal tariff plan or will deplete from any existing data bundle

What if I migrate to another package / tariff plan?

If you migrate to a new package or tariff plan, the Vodacom Ticket session will be carried over to the new package or tariff plan, provided it is still within its validity period

Will the content included in the offer change from time to time?

Content providers within Vodacom Business Ticket may change from time to time. We expect a growing number of included partners in each of the Vodacom Ticket categories over time, which will automatically become available to you.

Will I be charged for click-outs from the Vodacom Business Ticket Service?

Yes, if you follow a link outside the Vodacom Business Ticket Service, normal data rates will apply as per your existing tariff plan. Example, should you click on a YouTube link sent to your email, data will not be used from the Vodacom Business Ticket, but it will be depleted from your existing data bundle. If you do not have an available data bundle, you will charged out of bundle rates.

Service Components of SD-WAN

Edge

SD-WAN Edge creates and terminates secured and encrypted tunnels over different types of wired or wireless underlay networks such as broadband internet, WiFi and LTE, as well as DIA and MPLS core networks.

The SD-WAN Edge also performs application-based QoS and security policy enforcement, application forwarding over one or more WAN connections, and QoS performance measurements over each WAN to determine optimal path selection.

Gateway

The SD-WAN Gateway is a special instance of an SD WAN Edge that also enables sites interconnected via the SD-WAN to connect to other sites interconnected via alternative VPN technologies.

Controller

This provides physical or virtual device management for all SD-WAN Edges and SD-WAN Gateways associated with the controller.

The controller is used for configuration and activation, IP address management and pushing down policies onto SD-WAN Edges and SD-WAN Gateways.
