Vodacom Payment Services (Pty) Ltd (“VPS”) is running the campaign ("the Promotion") where all customers that successfully take a Vodalend Fixed Term Funding or Cash Flow Funding product during the Term (“Eligible Participant”), stand a chance to win their share of R50k worth of smart phones and 50GB of data. (“Reward”) All participants during the term of the Promotion agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
General
The Promotion will start on 08/07/2026, and it will run until 31/07/2026 (the “Term”).
The duration of the Promotion may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of VPS.
VPS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and where such change is material, VPS shall provide its customers with reasonable prior written notice before implementing any such change.
Eligibility
All customers that successfully take a Fixed Term Funding or Cash Flow Funding product during the Term, will stand a chance to win their share of R50k worth of smart phones and 50GB of data.
The Promotion is new Vodalend Fixed Term Funding or Cash Flow Funding product customers that successfully take out a Vodalend Fixed Term Funding or Cash Flow Funding product during the Term (“Successful Participants”)
VPS shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the Successful Participants for participating in the Promotion or in claiming any incentive, where applicable.
Employees, directors and agents of VPS and all participating stores, their immediate families, life partners, business partners and associates, and any person directly involved with the sponsoring, devising, production, management, or marketing of this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
Reward
2 Separate categories of the winners will be selected to receive the following rewards:
5 customers that meet the eligibility requirements and applied on the Vodacom whatsapp link will get 1 entry to win a cellphone up to the value of R5,000; and once-off allocation of 5 GB of data; and
5 customers that meet the eligibility requirements and applied on the Vodapay whatsapp link will get 1 entry to win a cellphone up to the value of R5,000; and once-off allocation of 5 GB of data.
The winners will be selected after the Promotion ends, from entries that meet all the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions in the form of a random draw and will be announced within 15 days after the Promotion ends.
Successful Participants will need to present the requisite proof as required by VPS upon receiving the Reward to validate the participants’ entry to the Promotion.
Winners will be contacted during normal working hours, between 08:00 and 17:00 on business days.
Each Successful Participant is eligible to one entry during the Term.
VPS or its duly authorized agents will use reasonable efforts to contact the winners via phone call or email on the contact details provided by the participant when registering to participate in the Promotion.
The claim for the Reward will be subject to security and validation, and VPS reserves the right to withhold the incentive until it is satisfied that the claim by winners is valid.
Notwithstanding the fact that the Reward vests in the winner immediately upon the determination of the results, in the event that the required documentation from winners has not been received at the agreed cut-off date communicated to the winners, or no effort is made on the part of any of the winners to make special arrangements to meet the deadline set by VPS, such Reward will be forfeited. VPS then reserves the right to award the Reward to the other Successful Participants.
Personal Information
VPS respects the right to privacy and takes the protection of your personal information seriously. VPS will only use your personal information for the purposes of the Promotion as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
VPS shall request the Successful Participants consent in writing to their image and/or likeness being used and published by VPS in connection with the Promotion for a period of 12 (twelve) months after they have been announced as successful. The Successful Participants may decline the use of their image and/or likeness by VPS.
General
In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions, VPS’s decision will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
VPS may refuse to award an incentive if any of entry procedures or these Terms and Conditions have not been adhered to if it detects any irregularities or fraudulent practices. VPS is entitled, at its entire discretion, to reject any participant for any reason and will not be obliged to notify participants that they are rejected.
VPS is not liable for any technical failures affecting participation and / or the incentive.
VPS, its directors, employees, agents, and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any reward nor in respect of any warranties, guarantees or undertakings given by any person other than VPS.
If VPS is required by law to alter or cancel any aspect of the Promotion or to terminate it as a result of changes in legislation, or for any reason whatsoever, it will have the right to terminate the Promotion being offered, with immediate effect and without notice. In such event all entrants hereby waive any rights which they may have against VPS and its associated companies, agents, contractors and/or sponsor.
Neither VPS nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors, and sponsors and any of its personnel involved in the Promotion shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered (including but not limited to direct or indirect or consequential loss), death or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming the Reward or after claiming the Reward.
In addition, neither VPS nor its agents shall be responsible for any loss or misdirected entries, including entries that were not received due to any failure of hardware, software, or other computer or technical systems affecting participating and/or the reward process of the Promotion.

What is Business Internet FWA?
Vodacom Business Internet FWA is our Fixed Wireless Access offering that provides the customer with the best of the LTE or 5G network, depending on coverage in the customer’s location.
This service uses the Mobile Radio Access Network (RAN) as the “last-mile” to access “fixed-line” data and voice services, as a substitute to the traditional access mediums such as copper. It is very suitable to get your customers’ small office connected in no time with a walk-out-working option whereby customers can buy the service from a Vodacom retail outlet and be up and running as soon as they get to the office. Customers may also elect to have an Outdoor CPE delivered and installed by an accredited Vodacom Installer; in this instance the customer will also be provided with an additional indoor device.
Why should I get it?
The product is aimed at Small Businesses as well as Small to Medium Enterprise. Larger enterprises can also subscribe to this service and often use it for their non-critical or smaller site offices, while working remotely, or for their employee work from home connectivity. The Outdoor, technical installation option may also be suited to customers who previously would have opted for a Wireless service and have challenges with line of site or are looking for faster speeds.
Get coverage anywhere in the Vodacom 5G footprint, with fall back to 4G, meaning that if the 5G signal drops and you still have 4G/LTE coverage it will still operate but on the lower bandwidth.
Does it come as a SIMO offering?
No, currently this service is not offered as a SIM Only offering and may only be purchased together with a router that is locked to the SIM card provided.
Can I use my SIM Card in another device?
No, the SIM card provided cannot be used in a router other than the one provided.
What devices are included as part of this offering?
The Indoor Service includes a Vodacom X25 MAX2 5G device and a SIM Card, while the Outdoor Service includes a ZTE MC889 5G device and a SIM Card, coupled with a Vodacom S90 Ultra as the Indoor Gateway.
Can I pay for my router upfront?
No, the router is included as part and parcel of the service and cannot be split out from the monthly charges.
Does it come as a month-to-month offer?
No, the BI FWA service is currently only offered on either a 24- or 36-month contract term.
What network/signal can I expect with this offering?
If you are in a 5G coverage area, you can expect to receive 5G signal. If you are in an area not yet 5G-ready, you can expect to receive LTE signal.
What happens if I am not in a 5G area or if my 5G signal drops?
If you are not in a 5G area or if your 5G signal drops, you will receive LTE signal.
What happens if I do not consistently get the speed I signed up for?
Business Internet services are Best Effort services, meaning that you will achieve the best speeds that are available to you at that point in time. The speeds you achieve are influenced by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the number of devices connected to your network at the same time, the time of day you are connecting to and using the network, the proximity of your router in relation to the outside of your building/distance from the Tower (a router in a basement will struggle to achieve consistently good speed compared to a router placed nearer to a window or an Outdoor Installation), and what you are doing on the network.
When does my data expire? Does it rollover?
The Fair Usage Policy allocated data is valid for 30 days, and will not roll over.
What is WOW?
WOW stands for Walk out Working. It means a customer can go to any Vodacom store and purchase a BI FWA service and receive the router and sim while at the store, instead of waiting for a delivery.
Why can I not pick up any coverage at my address?
Vodacom has enabled a functionality called network capacity monitoring, which means once an area has reach 80% of its capacity, it will be removed from our maps so no new orders can be placed. This prevents over congestion of the network, allowing the customer to still enjoy 5G or LTE speeds.
What is the FUP on these packages?
Fair Usage Policy (FUP) is an allocation of a certain amount of data that the customer can use at the maximum allocated browsing speed. Once the FUP is reached, the browsing speeds will decline for an additional specified amount of data (soft cap FUP). Once that additional amount of data allocation has been used, the customer’s connection to the network will be suspended (hard cap FUP). In order to reconnect to the network, a TopUp bundle will need to be purchased.
