Our Business Internet Fibre provides high-speed Internet access to businesses, whether you are a small start-up or a large enterprise with higher bandwidth requirements. When you get a Fibre service with us, we give you the flexibility to choose from a range of uncapped offerings from 10mbps to 200mbps, dynamic or static IP addresses and symmetrical bandwidths.
In addition, all our offerings include a Vodacom S90 Ultra, FREE Installations when you get a 24- and 36-month contract and FREE LTE while you wait and 50GB Failover services for a limited time only.
You also get an optional fixed voice offering on IP Talk, with 087 numbers which includes a once-off activation fee of R8.20 (excl vat) per IP-Talk.

Out-of-bundle data usage
Once your data bundles are depleted, internet access will stop. To restore your employee's productivity, you can select a reconnection method.
Voice and SMS limit lock
You'll have the ability to block out-of-bundle charges on voice and SMS services.
Transfer your data
You'll be able to transfer available data to other Vodacom Contract or Top Up customers.
Extend your data
You'll be able to extend the expiry date of an existing data bundle by purchasing a bundle of the same size and validity.

Transfer your data
Vodacom Business Broadband and Fibre to the Home (FTTH) customers on capped services will be able to transfer unused active data to other Vodacom Business Broadband and FTTH customers on the same capped service.
Extend your data
Vodacom Business Broadband and Vodacom FTTH customers will be able to extend unused active data on Broadband and Fibre capped services.

Broadband Connect Wireless Lite
Offers a faster and more efficient data network for small- and medium-sized businesses.
Voice and SMS Limit Lock allows you to opt-in to block out-of-bundle SMS and voice usage, as well as setting limits. You will not be opted-in automatically but you can opt-in if you would like to via the existing channels.
• If your corporate administrator has given you self-service privileges, then you can manage the limit on your line by dialling *135#
• If you don’t have self-service privileges, then you will need to contact your administrator.
• If you are the Corporate Administrator, then you can manage the limits on your lines using the following channels:
o Email Vodacom ICASA Helpdesk on [email protected]
o Vodacom Account Manager
o Dial 1940 for Vodacom Business Support
o Vodacom Business Managed Service Desk
• You can opt-out to ensure uninterrupted data usage, where self-service for the employee has been enabled
• If the opt-out is not received and all data bundles available on the line are fully consumed, your line will unfortunately be locked from using data until a new bundle is purchased or an opt-out from data limit lock is received from the authorised administrator of the account
Yes you need to opt-in each month per request and you will be charged per request. The service will not continue automatically after the first request.
From 1 March, once your data bundles are depleted, internet sessions will stop. To avoid disruption to your business productivity, Vodacom business strongly recommends you consider the following options.

Consent to out-of-bundle data usage
We've cut our out-of-bundle data pricing from R0.89/MB to R0.49/MB. This means that your employees can continue using data after their bundle has been depleted at a much cheaper rate than before.
In this way, you can keep your employees confidently and continuously connected.
Data Refill Bundles ensure that you never go out of bundle. Each time all data bundles on your employee's line are depleted, the refill bundle will be allocated to that line.
For your Top-up lines, refill with R3 for 10MB at R0.30/MB.

Allows the user access to corporate sites from an offsite location with the same access they would have as if they were logged into a network that is available onsite. Data can be sent & received so changes are recorded in real time and reflect across all systems.

These are data bundles that are used to access specific sites eligible through the VPN. The educational institution(s) controls the VPN sites.

Equipment Requirement
EduBundle (VPN)
Some institutions require the student to first download their VPN application. Once the student has been indemnified to use the VPN, and the EduBundle (VPN) has been activated, the student will be able to access relevant sites.
The University of Johannesburg (UJ) was one of these institutions where remote learning became an urgent necessity in order for students to complete the 2020 academic year.
The University of South Africa (UNISA), Africa’s largest open‑distance learning institution, sought a partner to help modernise its digital learning environment and ensure consistent.
Each MSISDN which is provided by the institution will receive a 30 day bundle which will assist them to remain connected and facilitate their learning requirements during the COVID-19 disaster period
Students will receive a data allocation to enable them to study from home.
The bundle will consist of an anytime data allocation and a Night Owl allocation.
This data will be allocated upon receiving their details from the institution and is allocated at no charge to the student, valid for 30 days from allocation.
To ensure that students receive this data allocation, their Vodacom phone number must be updated as part of their student record with the university, so that it is part of the list of students supplied to Vodacom.
The institution will be billed on 1 MSISDN which is provided by the Account Manager for all bundles provisioned during the month.
The invoice will reflect one line item per bundle size.
