Our state-of-the-art payment solutions were specifically designed with your small business in mind. Our VodaPay Max, Kwika and Chop-Chop will afford you the opportunity to significantly improve your customer's shopping experience, help you enjoy more security as payments are deposited directly into your bank accounts and make informed decisions based on analytics and sales insights.
Our transaction fees are based on your turnover. You can pay a minimum of 2% or a maximum of 3% depending on how much you make each month.
Our QR code, also known as the Chop-Chop, makes it easy for you to offer contactless payments. You'll also be able to continue take payments during power cuts. Plus, you get it for free when you rent a Max or buy a Kwika device!
Once you start receiving payments, we created a portal for you to manage your devices and transactions. You will be able to track daily sales, download documents and, in the future, send receipts via email. You can download your merchant statements and export your transaction history. The Merchant Portal allows you to view all your transactions and sales, across all your VodaPay payment solutions (VodaPay Max and VodaPay Chop-Chop).
It will take you 30 minutes to get approved telephonically. Calls are free of charge. There is also a toll free number you can dial 011 066 0847.
